To generate interior design images, you will need to use credits. Additional credits can currently be purchased through 'PayPal'. We are in the process of transitioning to 'Stripe' as our payment processor, and this section will be updated accordingly once the transition is complete.
Credits do not expire, but they are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
The AI image generation functionality on aiinteriordesign.io is provided through integration with a third-party artificial intelligence service, Decor8.AI. Generated designs typically complete in 30–60 seconds, but processing times may vary. Users must not refresh or exit the page during this process. Uploading a valid image is required. Designs are stored in your account and accessible from your dashboard.
Important Disclaimer Regarding AI Output:
You acknowledge that the AI image generation is performed by Decor8.AI's models and infrastructure. While we strive to provide a valuable service, the quality, accuracy, and specific outcomes of the generated images are dependent on the third-party AI models used.
The results generated by artificial intelligence can be unpredictable, may not always meet your expectations or specific requirements, and can vary based on numerous factors including the input image quality, complexity of the scene, selected design styles, and inherent limitations of AI processing.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, reliability, or suitability of the images generated by the third-party AI service. Your use of the AI generation feature is at your own risk.

Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for core functionality (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Firebase for storage, NeonDB for database, and 'Decor8.AI for AI image processing').

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By submitting images and using our services, you grant aiinteriordesign.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your uploaded images via our third-party AI provider and to store, display, and make publicly viewable any AI-generated outputs associated with your uploads. Please note that due to the platform’s current settings, your AI-generated results 'may be visible to other users on the platform'. 'We are working on enabling privacy settings in the future.' We strongly advise against uploading any sensitive or confidential images or information. By using this site, you agree to our handling of your data as described.
aiinteriendesign.io and its contents, including but not limited to platform code, logo, and website design, are owned by aiinteriordesign.io or its licensors. While the platform’s content may be viewable by all users, no content may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the original images you upload and in the final AI-generated output images that you create using our platform, except for the license granted to aiinteriordesign.io for storage and public display as outlined in Section 8. By using the Decor8.AI API through our platform, you grant aiinteriordesign.io and its third-party provider (Decor8.AI) the necessary licenses to process your images and generate the designs as outlined in our respective terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations or misuse. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us at team@aiinteriendesign.io

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Sydney.
Users accessing this platform from outside New South Wales, Australia, do so at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify users via email or in-app notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
